No. Both the CTX670 and CTX100 have the exact same software and features. The CTX100 is just a smaller scale for smaller customer applications. The processor and some other hardware is different between the CTX670 and CTX100 systems.
The CTX670 processor has the first 64 ports already licensed and activated. The CTX100 has the first 32 ports already licensed and activated. The base processor on the CTX670 will support up to 192 ports. With an additional expansion card, it will support up to 672 ports. The CTX100 supports up to 112 ports.
Both the CTX670 and the CTX100 can have up to 8 parties on a single conference call, with a maximum of 6 outside lines involved. Both system processors have built-in conference PADs that can be adjusted, in programming, to boost the volume level on conference calls.
Yes, both models of phones can be connected on the same BDKU or BDKS cards. When the phone is connected to one of these digital station ports, the card dynamically recognizes what model it is and makes it function accordingly.
Yes. The CTX has four ring tones that can be programmed for Line or DN (Directory Number) button appearances on the digital phones. Internal or transferred calls have a different, unique sound that is the same for all stations on the CTX system.

Yes you are able. There are three ways in which you can do remote programming, Dial-UP, LAN and Internet.
This is possible with CTX670's Remote Cabinet application. The Base cabinet with processor is placed at Building A and Expansion cabinet is placed at Building B. The Base cabinet and Expansion cabinet is connected via Optic Fibre. The maximum distance using Optic Fibre cable is 3km.

Their digital telephones, and most CO line and station cards, can be reused in the larger CTX670 system, thus taking advantage of Toshiba's investment protection strategy.
All DKTs and Most cards can be migrated from CTX100 to CTX670. User just need to purchase the CPU and the Cabinets.
If user base exceed the maximum capacity of CTX 670, the user can opt for connecting another CTX100 / CTX 670 via QSig to further increase the capacity.
